PIP specializes in Chemical Film Conversion coatings, Part Mark, Dry Lube, and Wet Application Sprays for Military, Commercial, Aerospace and Electronics Coatings per various specifications and customer requirements.

Chemical Film Conversion

Our Chemical Film Conversion line (otherwise known as chemfilm) conforms to the MIL-DTL-5541(F) specifications including Class 1A and Class 3 coatings.

* Touch up and special applications requirements will be available upon customers' request.

Wet Application

We apply numerous primers, wash primers paints, and specialty coatings per QPL material requirements using commercial military and / aerospace specifications.

Including Honeywell &  Boeing Specifications

Dry Lube

PIP also specializes in dry lube and lubrication coatings such as (but not limited to) the MIL-PRF-46010, DOD-P-15328 and other MIL-Spec / Commercial specifications.

Part Mark

Specializing in part marking per MIL-Spec, Aerospace and commercial standards including the MIL-STD-130.

Methods include Silk Screen, Stencil and Ink Stamp using quality inks and materials.
